Noble Leadership is a paradigm of restoration whereas Normal Leadership holds to a paradigm of perfection. Many of our goals in marriage are derailed by failure in our leadership which renders all other efforts inconsequential because we have lost the heart of our spouse. This session teaches you how to Come towards your spouse for the purpose of restoring relationship, Call your spouse into a safe conversation, and Clothe your spouse with love and respect so you can once again be Connected.
The Noble Call of God (Parts 3&4)
What You are Waiting For is What You are Living For.
Couples will not live higher than the vision of their noble call in marriage. Since calling determines your direction and destiny, it is vital to understand the difference between the world’s and God’s calling. Developing a noble call for your marriage produces a burniing “yes”, it gives us the 1% inspiration to invest the 99% perspiration to fulfill the call. In this session you will gain understanding of six vital needs we live for.
Vision, Values, and Mission of Marriage
Learn the three elements of calling that will be like a blazing torch before you and a fire within you. (1)Vision The Six Purposes for marriage, (2) Values The Four Core Questions of men and women (3)Mission Your purpose to bless the nations. You will learn how to affirm God’s answers to four core questions that every man or woman seeks to answer. Understanding the uniuque questions of a man and woman’s heart is the key to learning how to connect spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically with your spouse. Only when you are of one heart, of one mind, and of one accord do you have the power to bless the nations.

This is an interactive session, which includes filling out assessments to gain a greater understanding of one another’s natural inclinations. Understanding how others misunderstand you will explain some of the painful consequences you may have experienced in your marriage. Your love can abound in all knowledge as you begin to esteem their needs above your own, recognize their fears and understand their actions, which will help you to respond nobly in times of conflict.

By the acknowledging of every good thing that is in us in Christ Jesus we will be energized to lead nobly. (See Philemon 1:6) You will learn a process to identify who you are in Christ Jesus and a powerful process for living out your new identity.

This session begins to tie together all the prior discoveries into a workable plan to strengthen your marriage oneness. This plan has five elements that will help you be able to discern God’s Will for your marriage, understand God’s Way by establishing levels of empowerment, pray for God’s Resources as you discover what will be needed, learn how to measure progress as you understand God’s Timing, and finally God’s Blessings that will motivate towards oneness in marriage.
