Achieving Oneness in Marriage Through Noble Leadership
Oneness in marriage depends on each spouse being able to lead nobly. This means that one spouse chooses to come back into the relationship for the purpose of resolving their most pressing issue, calls the other spouse into a safe place to express their thoughts and feelings, and clothes them with understanding and love that casts out fear and allows a couple to connect once again. The antithesis of Noble Leadership is Normal Leadership, which comes, sees, conquers and then retreats.
Husbands and wives will learn to:

- Recognize your love languages
- Meet the one emotional need that matters most to your spouse
- Understand how your spouse misunderstands you

- Lead Nobly by understanding what it means to come, call, clothe and connect in marriage
Inspiring love and Respect with a Noble Identity
When we acknowledge every good thing that is in one another in Christ Jesus we begin to increase the love and respect in marriage. (See Philemon 1:6) Discovering Christ in us the hope of glory allows spouses to give the blessing of God that causes them to believe the best, hope for the best and endure until they see the best.
Husbands and wives will learn to:
- Discover their noble identity in Christ Jesus
- Turn their noble identity into a daily blessing
Resolving Pressing Issues with Noble Plans
A wife cannot attain marital oneness without resolving past issues. Men who learn how to resolve pressing issues in a marriage will become noble leaders who are irresistible to their wives. Couples who learn how to discuss the preferable future and course correct their plans will be able to navigate the white waters of change in marriage. Wives can spend up to 80& of their energy in repressing negative emotions, men who learn to provide a safe place for wives to express their thoughts and feelings will enjoy the rewards of a energized wife who delights in making her man successful.
Husbands and wives will learn to:
- Use the skills of a courageous conversation.
- Practice the four levels of understanding.
- Energize love and respect in marriage with a noble plan
- Depressurize the relationship by resolving pressing issues

- Navigate their relationship out of the ocean of emotion with ten questions
- Prevent combustible conversations by expressing their intent with the proper content – they will learn the three elements that form a message so they can ensure they are having the right impact.
Gain lasting results with Noble Deeds
Never underestimate a man’s ability to be oblivious to the obvious when it comes to love or a woman when it comes to respect. Feelings of inadequacy and rejection are generated when spouses don’t know what to do to satisfy their spouse’s need for love or respect. Failure to meet needs causes insecurity in the relationship and leads to criticism, contempt, defensiveness and withdraw in marriage. Eighty percent of the love and respect in marriage comes from only twenty percent of the deeds done.
